Tirzah Finley is a collage artist who has lived in the Midwest and, primarily, along the entire East Coast. Her medium is transparent-backed stickers against a cardstock background. The pieces were then superimposed onto a canvas and placed in floater frames. Her inspiration came, spontaneously, after sticker collaging (normal stickers) onto a project for her daughter. She started collaging stickers in May of 2024 focusing on bookmarks for the majority of the year. When she discovered the ability to blend colors through the use of transparent stickers, she decided to try her hand at building landscapes with stickers. She began that experiment in January of 2025 and has had the trajectory of her future drastically changed.

Outside of her art, Tirzah is a single mother who struggles with chronic pain. She was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia in January of 2025. While she has been struggling to find sustainable work in the public sector, she has found that her art has given her something to do during a time of long waits and constant instability. In her spare time, Tirzah enjoys spending time with her young daughter and their cat. Tirzah’s artwork is currently exhibited at Spectrum Gallery in Centerbrook, Connecticut.
