Donna Spencer lives in Higganum, Connecticut, and is a full-time radiologic technologist.  She began her creative art journey many years ago with photography, expressing her passions, animals, flowers, and other nature.

“Photography is a way to share a vision as you see it, and painting is a way to take that to another level”.  She loves versatility of acrylic mediums for creating the mystery and open interpretation of abstract and semi-abstract works. Spencer values the simplicity and starkness of graphite and charcoal for landscapes and animal portraits.

Donna’s photography has been displayed at Gallery 54 in Meriden, CT, and her paintings have been displayed at Pat Russo’s music studio in Wallngford, CT.  Spencer’s artwork is currently exhibited at Spectrum Gallery in Centerbrook, Connecticut.
