Charlie Carmichael is a ceramic artist from Old Saybrook, Connecticut, whose passion for clay began while attending Old Saybrook High School. Through experimentation with a range of techniques and forms, he developed a distinctive style that earned him a Silver Key Award in the 2025 Connecticut Regional Scholastic Art Awards. Charlie is currently studying on the pre-physical therapy track at Saint Joseph’s College of Maine, where he also competes as a member of the NCAA Division III Monks varsity baseball team.

Carmichael’s ceramics are currently exhibited at Spectrum Gallery in Centerbrook, Connecticut.
