Wouldn’t you love to paint a charming portrait of your cat or dog for yourself or someone special? This workshop will focus on capturing a pet’s eyes, fur, and other details in watercolor. Bring your best contour (outline) drawing of your cat or dog’s face prepared in advance on watercolor paper, or use the reference provided a week before class by the instructor. A complete painting of either a white or black pet will be demonstrated. Those of a different coloring or pattern will also be shown. Some drawing experience is helpful. Early registration is recommended so that the student has enough time to prepare a drawing before class. Supply list available upon registration.
