NYC Sunset Denim Jacket
Estelle Rich’s interest in art and culture started as a young girl while visiting her grandmother in Soho, NY. Estelle lives in Old Saybrook, CT and her current works are inspired by the beauty of her surroundings and the local landscape of the Connecticut shoreline. Estelle’s recent exposure to art while working at Spectrum Gallery has rekindled her own creativity. Her current passion is repurposing discarded items and transforming found objects into unique pieces which emphasize creativity that is both mindful and resourceful.
Rich attended Propersi Institute of Art in Greenwich CT and a variety of classes throughout her life. She has utilized her talents in many ways over the years including a hand painted and decorative clothing line, custom jewelry, painted glass, wall murals, holiday storefront windows, and photography, to name a few. Estelle is excited about exploring new artistic possibilities and expressing ideas while experimenting with many different mediums.
Rich’s artwork is currently exhibited at Spectrum Gallery in Centerbrook, Connecticut.
