Catherine Satsuk is an artist who was born in Russia but grew up in Belarus. She received a Master of Jurisprudence degree in 2007; however, painting was always her true love. Catherine discovered her passion to paint when she was in third grade and started to paint in oils. Her early paintings were bright and realistic. When she was 9 years old, she received private lessons in painting from a renowned painter.
While living in Minsk, Belarus, Catherine was a successful artist and had been commissioned by private individuals from Poland, Latvia, and other European countries.
Since moving to the United States, Catherine continued to develop as an artist. Presently, she resides in Eastchester, NY and finds her inspiration in local landscapes. Satsuk’s work is exhibited at Spectrum Gallery in Centerbrook, Connecticut.
