Ann Kelly is an artist now living in Madison, Connecticut after recently moving from Holliston MA where she resided for 32 years. She was born in New Jersey and was given her first set of oil paints in 1960 at the age of 9 years and is mostly self- taught in both oils and watercolors.  She studied Life Drawing at Kean University in New Jersey and Painting at the Danforth Museum in Massachusetts.

She paints landscapes, portraits, animals, still life and westerns in a representational style and bold colors. Her works are held in private collections in Massachusetts and Connecticut.  Also in New York, New Jersey, California, Ireland, Iceland and England. Ann has had Solo Exhibitions at the Holliston MA Public Library 2014, 2016 and 2018; Amazing Things Art Show, Framingham, MA 2017 and The Center for Arts Natick, MA, 2019.

Kelly is currently a featured artist in Spectrum Gallery’s Autumn Art Festival on the Town Green in Madison Connecticut.
