Studying photography has been an interest of Pamela’s for over twenty years. After graduating from the Rhode Island School of Photography in Providence, she has continued to follow the evolution of photography from film to digital media.
As an East Haddam resident she revels in the plethora of beautiful subjects that abound. Pamela takes great joy in capturing some of life’s more subtle nuances that often times go unnoticed. She has photographed a range of subjects from live performances to budding flowers and countless portraits of friends and loved ones.
Some of her more recent exhibitions have been with the East Haddam Art League and the Connecticut Valley Camera Club. She has also had works published in Mother Earth News and Sound Waves magazines.
Pamela is also very involved with the Middlesex County 4-H program and the local agricultural community. She has enjoyed the opportunity to host after-school photography programs with the East Haddam School system as well as hold photography workshops with the 4-H youth. Her involvement with local non-profit organizations gives her the opportunity to teach, share and learn much more about the gentle art of expression.
