Nature’s Heart, fine art photograph
Photography has always been in Lynn Wayne’s blood. Literally. Her dad was a professional photographer and over the years she absorbed a wealth of information from him. Lynn worked in a few portrait studios, but her formal training began at the Hamilton School of Photography in LA. She studied many aspects of the field and eventually became Administrative Director and taught portraiture. Having grown up on the east coast, Lynn missed New England’s rich and varied landscape and felt fortunate to land a job working for a fashion photographer who had studios in NYC and Connecticut. Weekends were spent driving the picturesque back roads photographing nature. Lynn eventually opened her own photography studio in Boston where she specialized in headshots for the performing artist. Since moving back to Connecticut Lynn has judged many photo exhibits at the Guilford Fair and has had numerous photographs appear in local publications. She was featured in a Shoreline Times article and her first exhibit was at the Guilford Library. Lynn’s photography is currently exhibited at Spectrum Gallery in Centerbrook, Connecticut.
