Leigh Harrison is a life-long watercolor artist, photographer, 3-dimensional artist, collage-maker, commercial artist, and jewelry maker. Her paintings were included in the 1993 Ward-Nasse InternationalSalon in NYC and are in numerous private collections.A 30′ x 9′ mural she designed and painted decorates the wall of a public school, and her photography has appeared on the covers of several CDs.Her drawings, collages, and photos were used as both cover and interior art in books and magazines; her pointillist watercolors have been described as “rainbowed fantasies.” Born in Brooklyn, and currently spending her time in NY, Connecticut, and Florida, she continues creating in numerous forms.Leigh has been photographing the wetlands for over 35 years and has been working for the past decade in creating art by recycling paper and extruded plastics. A former professor of English, she is also the author of four books of poetry, and two of her singer-songwriter CDs were released by SongCrew Music.

Harrison’s work is currently exhibited at Spectrum Gallery in Centerbrook, Connecticut.
