From one-of-a-kind earrings and necklaces to elegant home decor and functional pieces, Jean enjoys transforming glass into all shapes and sizes. The shades of blue in her glass are inspired by the many oceans she’s sailed. Jean hopes her pieces will take its future owners on adventures of their own.

Ever since Jean was a Studio Art major at Smith College, she has enjoyed working within various mediums. When she first started learning about fused glass about 7 years ago,
she was hooked. She went on to study with the Bullseye Glass Company as well as with several glass mentors. She finds this medium fascinating, ever changing, and always reminding her of her lifelong sea glass quest on the northern shores of Maine.

Jean shows and sells her fused glass artwork throughout Connecticut, Rhode Island, and Maine. Her work is currently exhibited at Spectrum Gallery in Centerbrook, Connecticut.
