Brian Dudek’s interest in photography began in the mid 1970’s when he joined a camera club in Wallingford, CT. He actively participated in club competitions as well as local agricultural fairs winning numerous awards for his color slides and prints. He continued his camera club activities into the early 1990’s.
After retiring as a mechanical designer in aerospace and oilfield service industries Brian renewed his interest in photography in 2018 with a gift of a digital camera from his wife. His creative process is visceral, and his work includes traditional outdoor and natural world images in color, black & white as well as composites, abstracts and impressionistic land/sea scapes.
Brian Dudek lives with his wife Marjorie in Middletown, CT. Dudek’s photography is currently exhibited at Spectrum Gallery in Centerbrook, Connecticut.
